Enterprise Onboarding Documentation Revamp
Redesigned the onboarding guides for a SaaS platform to improve user adoption and self-service. Analyzed and restructured a 100+ page onboarding manual for an enterprise software suite, making it intuitive and self-paced for new engineers.
Game Localization & Narrative Writing
Adapted and wrote in-game dialogue and item descriptions for a mobile RPG, localizing content for English audiences. Ensured the narrative felt authentic to the original Japanese IP, enhancing player engagement through creative collaboration.
AI-Powered Content Assistant
Implemented an AI content assistant for a fintech startup's knowledge base. Developed a custom GPT-based chatbot trained on the client's documentation to provide instant answers to users, reducing support queries and providing personalized content recommendations.
Tri-Persona AI Research Prototype
Conducted R&D on a multi-agent AI system for open-source intelligence analysis, inspired by the MAGI supercomputer concept. Three AI personas (Optimist, Skeptic, Judge) analyze data and debate conclusions to produce more balanced, trustworthy intelligence reports.

SG Research is an AI research laboratory focused on advancing human evolution through artificial intelligence and experimental technology. Founded in Manila and now headquartered in Amsterdam, our mission is to harness emerging technologies to augment human potential and solve complex challenges.
Our team is led by Alexander Neri, a seasoned technical writer and researcher with 17+ years in the IT industry, spanning enterprise software, game development, and machine learning. This diverse expertise shapes our unique approach: we blend design, narrative, and engineering to drive innovation. The Challenge
Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) analysts today are drowning in data, from social media to satellite imagery. Traditional single-AI models often struggle with information overload, can hallucinate facts, or lack cross-domain insight.
Our Innovative Solution
Inspired by the MAGI supercomputer from sci-fi, we developed a Tri-Persona AI architecture that essentially lets AI 'argue with itself' to improve decision making. In our system, three AI agents collaborate:
- •Optimist (Melchior) – Generating creative hypotheses and possibilities
- •Skeptic (Balthazar) – Rigorously fact-checking and challenging assumptions
- •Synthesizer/Judge (Caspar) – Reconciling and integrating both viewpoints into final analysis
Impact & Benefits
This multi-agent approach is designed to produce more balanced and trustworthy intelligence reports. By having AI agents critique each other, the system reduces hallucinations and biases and provides explicit reasoning chains, leading to greater confidence in the outputs. In fields like national security analysis, such an internally debating AI could dramatically enhance the quality of insights.
Status: We published a preprint on this concept in 2025, outlining feasibility, design, and trade-offs. We continue to explore this and similar AI safety and multi-agent ideas as part of SG Research's commitment to pushing AI forward responsibly.
In addition to MAGI-inspired AI, our research interests include natural language processing for content creation, AI-driven game design, and the intersection of AI with human-computer interaction. We stay at the bleeding edge so we can bring the latest insights to our clients.
